It is important to know you are not alone if you feel this way and no matter how scary things seem someone will always listen and help (even if you have been told people won’t).
Sadly lots of people don’t ever do anything about their problems and get more and more isolated. If you notice this in any of your friends, or even someone you don’t know that well, offering to chat can be a big help. You might even tell them about the websites at the end of this section. If you can’t do this consider telling an adult you trust like a teacher, school nurse or Choices’ worker.
If you feel you have problems, even things you would find hard to discuss, the sites below could really help but speaking to someone, like a trusted adult, is usually a better option.
Going to one of the websites below may give you the confidence to seek the help you need when you feel up to it.
